The term ‘Miss Origami’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered company name is Miss Origami. The term ‘you’ refers to the user, viewer or recipient of our website and/or our messages via email, Facebook, WhatsApp or any other social networking/messaging platform(s).

Refund Policy
As an online Excel coach, MissOrigami strives to fulfill our students’ needs in every way to our best professional efforts. However, if you are not adequately satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund from us with the information outlined below. All refunds will be processed at a 100% refund less bank charges. Please see below for more information on our [REFUND TERMS].
REQUESTS
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Any request after 7 days will be reviewed on case-by-case basis.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund or exchange with us, please email our customer service team at hello@missorigami.com with your name and invoice number to open a request. Following which, please comply with our verification processes, which may require you to take screenshots of the problem(s) you are facing. We will try our best to help you resolve the issue(s) to a satisfactory level before a refund is initiated.
After inspecting the issue(s) at hand and a compromise cannot be reached, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 60 days from your refund request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
REFUND TERMS
The following courses/packages will only be refunded when:
- You have yet to start the course, e.g. your course progress is 0%.
- You have not purchased or attended Miss Origami’s 1-to-1 coaching session before.
- You have not enjoyed any form of discount/coupon/voucher on Miss Origami’s platform.
